FLIGHT DELAYS: EU 261 Compensation

Victory in the Courts means YOU can win more easily but.....

Caution: This is an EU scheme which may not be available after the year end

     * Airlines won't pay if they don't have to

     * If you have a claim to make - do it now!

     * If you get delayed before the year end - CLAIM

If you are not certain, this is how they used to be before EU 261

• At first they all denied responsibility

• Then Easyjet lost a Court case and Ryanair ‘considered’ an appeal but didn't!

• Finally  I got paid €400 compensation and took ages but YOURS will be much quicker and could be MORE € than mine
